Thank you for visiting WuChi by Maks. Here are our terms and conditions for customers who buy from our website. If you need advice or assistance please email our customer services using the contact form on the website or email using email@example.com and we will be pleased to advise.
Your order will be dispatched 3-5 working days from the date of your order. If you opted for express delivery, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
For UK Customers we offer two delivery options: standard delivery and next day. Standard delivery is free, and will be delivered by Royal Mail or by courier, and will arrive 3-5 working days after despatch. Next day delivery means delivery on the next working day (i.e. not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays). Delivery will be by Royal Mail special delivery, Parcelforce, or by courier. We will email you the tracking number so you can watch the progress of your delivery. Next day delivery is not available for orders from Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, or AB postcodes.
For international customers, we use Royal Mail’s International service, UPS, Fedex or other courier depending on the item purchased. We will email you to advise you of the tracking number so you can follow the progress of the international deliveries. If your order has not arrived in the timescale expected please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept payment using BASC Transfer and PayPal’s secure payment processing. PayPal accepts Credit Card, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro. The price you pay will be the price shown plus any additional delivery charge (e.g. for international deliveries). Please note that recipients outside of the European Union may have to pay import duty or other taxes which we are not responsible for.
Products can be returned provided it is not been used or opened. Please see the “Returns Policy” for full information about our returns procedures. Due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept products that have been used.
We have made every effort to display each item as accurately as possible, particularly with regard to the colour. However as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.Each order is a contract, and we store the contract’s content and will send you the details of your order as well as our general terms via e-mail. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login.We reserve the right to refuse an order. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will not share your personal information with any third party, except those that are necessary to complete the transactions.
