Making a Purchase |

Making a purchase could not be easier. Look through our online catalogue, select items that you wish to buy, go to checkout via the shopping cart. When you are satisfied with your selection click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please make sure all your details are correct and the email address you provide is reachable, otherwise this could affect the delivery of your order. |

Price & Payment |

Our prices are stated in UK pounds sterling (£).
Payment of the price of an order must be received by WuChi and cleared before delivery.
Online Payment is handled by Pay Pal secure payment facility, and payment can be made by any of the following methods:-Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Maestro, and Switch.
This will be debited and cleared from your account before we dispatch the goods to you. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay/authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
Telephone order payment is handled by LLoyds TSB Cardnet Secure Payment facility we accept all major creditand debit cards.

Orders |

When you place an order on the wuchi.co.uk website for your products,
we will send you an order acknowledgement. Please note this is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from wuchi.co.uk but an indication that we have received your order, this is not a contract between us.
An order acceptance and hence a contract between you and WuChi will only take place on the dispatch of your order and a receipt of an invoice.

Cancellations |
